Happy Birthday to Tom

Today is Toms Bday but we celebrated yesterday since he took the day off. The kids were out of school for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We went to Alvin and the Chipmunks the squeakquel at the theatre and had pizza, texas sheet cake and homemade vanilla ice cream. It was fun. Thanks for being born Tom. We love you tons and can't imagine life without you! Thanks for being such a great daddy and best friend. We wish you never had to work and we could hang out all day everyday.

Conor and Kya were busy all morning making this crown and a bday card for Tom. They are so thoughtful and love their daddy tons.

Tom has absolutely no self control when it comes to chocolate, so he kept sneaking little bites until the cake looked like this before I could even get candles on it. Can you tell we had just eaten pizza?

Like father, like sons! Notice Conors hand sneakin' a bite.

It looks like an amazing Birthday!!! And the Texas Sheet cake is defnitely catching my eye!!! Mail me some..he he
Also, I have been reading some back posts and I am in love wiht the homemade carmels you made with your kids... Is this a recipe you are willing to send to me, or is it a "family secret". I just thought that making a big batch and giving it to the sisters in the ward who have helped me through this hard time would be a wonderful thank you.... If you do want to share the recipe, you can e-mail it to me at johnsonfam2001@hotmail.com
